Here is a commission I did last fall of FAWN terror Lisa Dream applying her DREAMYSTRETCH to the sweet and huggable Chloe Fields. Looking like a Regal Stretch, eh? XD As you can see, Chloe has her work cut out for her if she’s going to try and escape this hold.
As a fan, I enjoy Lisa because she’s a good heel and I enjoy Chloe because she’s a vivacious face.

Here’s a commission I did last November of FAWN ladies, Nyssa Bloodwind and Polly Lockwood. I was given the participants but given free reign with which to depict so I decided to showcase one of Nyssa’s more brutal but not often seen Indian Deathlock Piledriver. You can see for yourself if she hits this in her match with Polly for the FAWN lightweight championship.

Here’s a commission I did late last fall of FAWN superstars Lenore Lemarchand subjecting Roxanne McCrimmon the TELLTALE LEGLOCK, or the Spinning Inverted Figure 4 Leg Lock. Not an easy one to depict but a fun one.

This was a FAWN commission I recently did depicting a moment in a long feud between SCANDELOUS (Lucy Harker and Mina Murray) against the The Ríúil Kanes (Moira and Maeve Kane). Here Lucy and Mina are getting the better of the Irish family and putting the hurt on them with a reverse bearhug and a combo half-crab/hairpull.
Here’s a little bit of my art process:
First I sketch it out with a blue line
I think Mina and Moira (on the right) were a little too large and out of perspective in the blueline sketch, but through the power of Photoshop, I was able to get them the right size and in perspective. Once I had that right, I was able to do the PENCILS.
Then, it’s on to the flat colors! Basically, I take the colors and lay them down with no gradients or special effects. This helps if I need to change something later on.

As I was going through all of the commissions I’ve done, I came across a few that I haven’t posted yet. This commission is from a FAWN match between Gretchen Vaughn and her now ex-step-daughter Portia Van Buren. This is a moment before Gretchen hits her HELL HATH NO FURY, a pumphandle facebuster.
Here’s a little bit of my art process:
I drew this up while I was at ACEN:
Then, it’s on to the flat colors! Basically, I take the colors and lay them down with no gradients or special effects. This helps if I need to change something later on. And since I’m coloring, I can be a little messy still here.

This was a challenging commission because this was a move, the Tequila Sunrise, that doesn’t have a whole lot of reference online. I was able to find enough and I, and the commissioner were pretty happy with it.
The lady that is trying very hard to make Krystin submit is Emily West, recently deposed FAWN World Champion.
Here’s a little bit of my process:
I first sketch it out to make sure I have all the general placements and idea in place.
After everything looks solid, I then add the flat colors. I use flat colors and save it on its own layer because it makes changing or editing any colors later on a snap.
The final is a product of adding some special effects and my own usual coloring.

This commission has my favorite FAWN wrestler Jenny Jacobs
squaring off against Sabrina in her BRA gear. Jenny doesn’t have the best record in FAWN but that doesn’t stop her from being an extreme bad ass and a former IC champion. I actually had Sabrina and Jenny tag team against the Syndicate HERE.

Here is a commission between FAWN superstar and longtime veteran Sydney Deschain and Xtina Carpenter. These ladies represent a lifetime of skill and fighting technique so it’s fitting that they’re tied up in a Collar and Elbow tie-up.

Here is a commission I did recently of Sassy Schoolgirl Sara Valentine cranking Trixie (from the FAWN federation-NOTE that some material on the FAWN site may not be NSFW) into a bone crunching headscissors. KICKSTARTER!
On Monday, March 7th, we’ll be kickstarting the last book of Season 2 (remember that we’re on Season 3 currently) and considering we hit 200% of goal, I think we can succeed again in getting this book funded. There will be tiers for digital copies, physical print books to getting you or your OC a match in the Rival Angels ring! And we hit so many great add-on Stretch Goals including a sweet Wrestling Encyclopedia, DAMSELS OF DESTRUCTION that could only be acquired through the campaign. And one of the best way to support the Kickstarter campaign is to pledge early. We know YOU love Rival Angels and if strangers and newcomers see how successful the campaign is going, they’ll be more likely to throw in their support.

Backbreaker! Every patron who pledged $10 a month or more got entered into a drawing for either a 2 person BW or a 1 person full color.
This month, I decided that everyone who is in the Monthly Drawing won! 
This one is for FAWN superstars, Kylie Sanders and Wendy Smith. Usually, Kylie doesn’t do so well in these commissions, but here she’s finally got one up on her ex-friend and rival Wendy Smith, via Backbreaker. Maybe it’s because she cut her hair? XD Do you think Wendy gives up, or does she escape the backbreaker?
I’ve always been a fan of the FAWN gals and it’s always a pleasure to draw them especially Wendy and Kylie.
Iron Fist
Anyone else watching this series from Netflix? I’m only on the 8th episode, but overall I like it. The writing and the fight scenes aren’t as crisp as I would’ve liked, but for the most part, I like Danny and I love Colleen Wing. She is totally badass. I hope to see more of her, especially in the Defenders.

WRESTLEMANIA!
So, what did you guys think? I marked out SUPER HARD for the tag team match, from the beginning to end. Well played WWE and the New Day for selling it. I was pretty happy with how everything went down for the most part. Besides some great surprises, everything went about the way that it should. Loved the 4-way elimination match with the ladies. Seth looked like the long lost Golden Power Ranger, and the real travesty is that he had to walk down to ringside while Triple H got to ride one of Taker’s rides with his old lady. The mixed tag was not the greatest match, but the finish was sweet.
